FNJ
Changelog

What's new in FNJ

Everything we've shipped that you can see or use, newest first. Work on the parts only we see, like our admin tools, isn't listed; build activity shows every day we've worked on FNJ.

October 2026

  1. Improved

104 more designs in the design library

The design library now has 180 designs, with at least five in each of its 36 categories: fitness studios, therapists and home services, podcasts and padel clubs, wedding sites and more. Each still opens the AI builder with a ready-made prompt.

  2. Improved

    Pages load much faster

Public pages are now served from Cloudflare's edge, each page carries the CSS it needs to paint, and the home page's converter is part of the page instead of appearing after the scripts load. In our tests on a throttled phone, first paint went from about 2–3 seconds to under one.

  3. New

One free first build in the AI website builder

Every account can build one site before paying: describe it in a single prompt and get a first version of up to four pages. Editing it further takes a plan.

  4. New

Public build activity and support record

See every day we've shipped code since the first commit, and real support conversations with how quickly we replied.

  5. Fixed

The flash sale popup no longer takes your click

A click meant for the converter could land on the sale popup instead. Now the popup doesn't open once you've clicked or typed on the page, and only its own button opens checkout.

  6. Improved

    Prompts up to 100,000 characters

Paste a full brief, a page of copy or notes from a client into the AI builder. Prompts can now be up to 100,000 characters long.

  7. Fixed

    A smoother sign-up path

Fixed links on the way to sign-up that led nowhere, popups that could cover the converter, and a script that failed to load.

  8. New

    MCP API reference

Every tool FNJ's MCP server offers to AI agents, with its inputs and what it returns, on one page.

  9. Improved

AI-built sites export as real Next.js projects

Exporting a site from the AI builder now gives you a Next.js project made of proper components, not HTML pasted into JSX.

  10. New

    Website design library

76 designs found on Pinterest, in 36 categories, each with a ready-made prompt. Pick one and the AI builder designs your site in that style, with your own business, words and pages.

  11. New

Portfolio starting points for 50 professions

From wedding photographers to backend engineers: the sections each portfolio needs, a sample design, and a starter prompt that opens the AI builder ready to make yours.

  12. New

Your own logo, images and reference files in the AI builder

The builder places your real logo, takes project files as a reference, and lets you upload or replace an image anywhere the editor shows one. Builder sites can also be edited by your AI agent over MCP.

  13. New

    The AI website builder

Describe a site and FNJ designs it. Refine it in the visual editor, then export it as a Next.js project or HTML that you own.

  14. Improved

    A redesigned visual editor

The visual editor was rebuilt in the same design as the AI builder.

  15. Fixed

    Mobile navigation and layout

Fixed the mobile menu, converter tabs that overflowed small screens, and video previews that sized badly on phones.

  16. New

UMI, a helper on every page

Ask UMI how FNJ works, which export to choose or what something costs. When a question needs a person, UMI hands it to the team.

  17. New

    Agent prompt library

20 ready-to-copy prompts for changing your site through an AI agent connected to FNJ: fill in the brackets, review the draft, then publish.

  18. New

Deploy to your own Cloudflare account, and export to GitHub

Alongside Vercel, publish a converted site to your own Cloudflare account, or push the code to a GitHub repository.

  19. New

    After-conversion guide

From conversion to launch: check the preview, make the site yours, and publish it on your own hosting, with prompts an AI agent can use to do the deploy.

Convert published sites from Webflow and other website builders into static HTML you can host anywhere.

September 2026

  1. New

The converter moved to a single payment for permanent access, with no subscription or renewal.

  2. Improved

    Large sites and single pages

Convert just the page you paste, or a whole site, including sites with more than 500 routes.

  3. Improved

Agents can add pages and collections

Over MCP, your AI agent can now create a new page or a CMS collection, not only edit the ones that exist.

  4. New

MCP: work on your site from your AI agent

FNJ is an MCP server. Connect Claude, Cursor or Codex and read, rewrite, extend and publish your converted site from the agent you already use.

  5. Improved

Every page of a site, every time

Page discovery now reads links and sitemaps together, so a conversion finds every page of a site and says so when it can't, instead of dropping pages silently.

  6. New

    CMS collections publish as pages

Items in a CMS collection you create are published as their own pages, ready to deploy with the rest of the site.

August 2026

  1. Improved

    Next.js export with editable components

The Next.js export now splits each page into named React component files you can read and edit, and still renders exactly like the original Framer site.
