Real conversations

Every support conversation we could find in our inbox up to 19 October 2026, rewritten so nobody can be identified. Reply times are shown where both messages were on record; most earlier messages came through the chat and were deleted once answered. From now on every reply is timed, and the averages will appear here as they build up.

  • A failing conversion

First reply: 2 minutesFixed about 2 hours after the report

They asked: I paid for a conversion, but it keeps failing with an error. Can you fix it or refund me?

We: We apologised and promised a fix within two hours, then confirmed it was fixed about two hours after the report, and the site converted.

  • Animations

    First reply: 5 minutes

They asked: Will the conversion keep my animated illustrations and mobile interactions, like a sticky menu and floating buttons?

We: We recommended the export that keeps Framer's own runtime for animation-heavy sites, so interactions behave as they do on Framer, and explained what may need adjusting in the lighter export.

  • Leaving Framer hosting

First reply: 4 hours 59 minutes

They asked: If I convert my site and then cancel my Framer hosting, what happens to the site?

We: We explained how to deploy the exported Next.js project to a host of their own, such as Vercel.

The message arrived at 2:31 am IST.

  • A payment that didn't register

    Fixed and credited

They asked: I paid, but my account still says I haven't.

We: A bug on our side hadn't registered the payment. We credited the conversion they paid for plus one extra, offered to refund any duplicate charge, and fixed the cause.

  • Missing pages

    Converter fixed for everyone

They asked: My exported site is missing some pages, including blog posts.

We: An old page limit was silently dropping later pages. We raised it, made the converter follow every link and read sitemap indexes, made it say plainly when a site is over the limit, then re-converted the site and confirmed every page was there.

We ship most days, too. See every day we've worked on FNJ since the first commit.
