low-code website builder
No code to design it, real code to grow it
Most low-code website builders let you paste snippets into their platform. FNJ works the other way round: the AI designs your whole site on a visual canvas without any code, then gives you the code itself, a Next.js App Router project or static HTML, so you, a developer or a coding assistant can add whatever the builder doesn't do.
Where no-code stops and code starts
The builder handles the design, the copy, the three responsive layouts and the search tags. It doesn't build forms, checkout, log-ins or databases. That's the line where code takes over, in the exported project, with nothing from FNJ in the way.
A code panel for the small things
For the snippets every site needs, the builder has a custom code panel: custom CSS, code for the page head (verification tags, analytics) and code before the closing body tag (widgets and scripts). It's stored with the design and written into the export. Nothing you type there runs inside FNJ; it runs on your published site.
What a developer gets
The export is a standard project, not a proprietary format:
- An App Router route per page, with its title, description and Open Graph tags as route metadata.
- Plain CSS per breakpoint: no Tailwind, no component library, no runtime styling.
- Your images in /public and Google Fonts for the typefaces.
- No FNJ package, script or API call.
- A push to a branch of your own GitHub repository, so your default branch is untouched until you merge.

How it works
01
Show and tell
Add up to 3 screenshots or links of sites you'd like yours to look like, then say what the business is and which pages you need.
02
Watch it build
The AI builder plans the pages, palette and type, then builds each page on the canvas, section by section, while you watch.
03
Refine and ship
Ask for changes in plain words or edit by hand, then download the code or push it to your GitHub.
Low-code: questions
- Is FNJ a no-code or a low-code website builder?
- Both. You need no code to design and publish a site, and you get the full code to extend it, either in the builder's custom code panel or in the exported project.
- Where do I add custom code?
- Small additions such as analytics, verification tags, widgets and extra CSS go in the builder's custom code panel and are written into the export. Larger features belong in the exported Next.js project.
- Can a coding assistant work on the exported site?
- Yes. It's an ordinary Next.js or HTML project, so tools such as Cursor or Codex can open it like any other codebase. Builder plans also include FNJ's MCP server for editing FNJ sites from an MCP-capable assistant.
- Do I need a developer?
- Not to design and publish the HTML version. You'd want one, or a coding assistant, to add app features such as forms that store data, accounts or payments.
