Videographer portfolio website builder
A videographer portfolio that opens on the reel
Clients decide on a videographer within the first seconds of the reel. FNJ's AI builder designs a site that starts there: a full-width reel, then client films with what each brief was, the services you offer and how a shoot runs from call sheet to delivery. Your videos play from files you host; the design around them comes from a reference you choose.

What a videographer website needs
The sections the builder can design for you, and the job each one does. The starter prompt asks for these; add or drop any of them in your own words.

Made for videographers, not for everyone
01
Reel above the fold
A full-width, muted autoplay reel with a poster frame, so the page looks right before the video loads.
02
Films with context
Each project with the client, the brief, your role and the deliverables, not just a thumbnail.
03
Services that close
Brand films, events, social cut-downs: what's included and how long it takes.
Starter prompt
A prompt written for videographers
It opens in the builder ready to edit. Replace the words in brackets with your own details, change anything else you like, then add a reference.
Reference to add
A production company's or videographer's site with the cinematic feel you want.
The builder takes a reference's look (layout, type, palette, spacing), never its words or images.
Build a videographer portfolio for [your name / studio], a videographer in [city] making [brand films, event films and social content]. Open with a full-width muted showreel video and a short line about the films I make. Add a 'Client films' section with six projects (video thumbnail, client, brief, my role) and a page per project with the film and a short write-up, a services section with three film types and their deliverables, a 'How a shoot runs' section, a kit and crew section and an enquiry section with a button to my inquiry form. Cinematic and dark: a bold condensed sans-serif, wide letterboxed media and minimal chrome.
How it works
01
Describe your videographer site
Open the builder with the starter prompt, fill in your details and add a screenshot or link of a site you'd like yours to look like. A reference is required: it's what makes the design yours rather than a template.
02
Watch it design every page
The builder plans the pages, palette and type, then builds each page section by section on a canvas at desktop, tablet and phone widths while you watch.
03
Refine it, then take the code
Ask for changes in plain words or edit by hand, upload your own work, then download a Next.js project or static HTML, or push it to your GitHub, and host it where you like.
What it costs: From $25/month, or $29 once for 50 credits that never expire. No FNJ hosting fee: you host the exported site. See plans
Videographers: questions
- Can I embed my YouTube or Vimeo videos?
- The builder's video block plays video files (such as MP4s) from a link you host; it doesn't embed YouTube or Vimeo players. Add a 'Watch on Vimeo' button beside a poster image for those.
- Will a video background slow my site down?
- Use a compressed reel, set a poster image (shown until the video plays) and keep it muted; the builder's video block supports autoplay, loop, muted and controls.
- Can I upload video files to FNJ?
- Image uploads are built in; videos play from a link to a file you host (your cloud storage, CDN or host), which keeps FNJ from storing large media for you.
- Can clients book a shoot on the site?
- Through a button to your inquiry form, calendar or email. The builder doesn't include forms or booking.
- Can each film have its own page?
- Yes, up to your plan's page limit: 10 pages per site on the Site Pack and 20 on subscriptions.
